Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PyngOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

PyngOS is a service operated by Eynvok Digital Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. About PyngOS

PyngOS is a streamlined relationship management engine designed to help you nurture your network and master your follow-up game.

By using PyngOS during this Early Access phase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Continuous Innovation: We are constantly refining the platform. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features and functionalities at any time to improve the user experience.
• "As-Is" Provision: To facilitate rapid development and deployment, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• Service Fluidity: While we strive for excellence, the availability of specific tools within the platform may shift as we optimise PyngOS for peak performance.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use PyngOS for lawful purposes only. You must not use the service to send unsolicited messages, harvest data without consent, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for the data you enter and the way you use the service.

4. Your Content and Data

You own all data you directly input into PyngOS, such as contacts, notes, and deal information. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to deliver and operate PyngOS. We do not use your content to train AI or machine learning models.

Where PyngOS surfaces enriched or supplementary information — such as publicly available business data associated with a contact or company — such information is provided as a service feature for convenience. Enriched data is derived from third-party sources and its accuracy is not guaranteed. We do not claim ownership of enriched data, and you should verify it independently before relying on it.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. During early access, pricing may change at any time — we will give you advance notice before any price change affects your account.

Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period and will not renew.

6. Free Trial

New accounts include a free trial with full access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account automatically continues on the free plan.

7. Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is open. Deleted contacts and deals are recoverable for 30 days before being permanently purged.

Trial account data: When a trial expires without upgrading, your contacts and data are soft-deleted 7 days after the trial ends and permanently purged 30 days after that. If you upgrade to a free or paid account within this 30-day window, your data can be fully recovered.

When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently purged within 30 days. You have 30 days from account closure to export your data before purge.

8. Limitation of Liability

PyngOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Severe violations may result in immediate suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

PyngOS and its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by Eynvok Digital Pte Ltd. You own your data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. If you access PyngOS from outside Singapore, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that PyngOS is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time during early access as the product evolves. Continued use of PyngOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
