PyngOS ("we", "us", or "our") is a streamlined relationship management engine designed to help you nurture your network and master your follow-up game, operated by Eynvok Digital Pte Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use PyngOS.

By using PyngOS, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy is governed by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and the data you create — such as contacts, companies, deals, and interaction notes.

If you use our business card scanning feature, card images are temporarily processed to extract contact information and stored under your account. We also collect basic usage data such as login timestamps to maintain and improve the service.

Payment information for paid plans is handled by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers or billing credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and deliver PyngOS, including sending transactional emails such as nudge reminders and account alerts. We may use aggregated, non-personal data to improve service reliability.

We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate PyngOS — including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and AI-powered features such as card scanning. These providers process your data only on our behalf and under our instructions.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Contacts and deals you delete are recoverable for 30 days before being permanently purged. If you delete your account, all personal data is purged within 30 days.

Trial accounts: If your trial expires without signing up for an account, your data is soft-deleted 7 days after the trial ends and permanently purged 30 days after that. Signing up within this 30-day window fully restores your data.

6. Your Rights

Under the Singapore PDPA, you have the right to access and correct your personal data, and to withdraw consent by deleting your account. To make a request, email us at [email protected].

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level access controls so you can only access your own data. In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

PyngOS is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time during early access as the product evolves. Continued use of PyngOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
